Our Air Duct Cleaning Service Procedures:
Our certified, professional air duct cleaning technician (Air System Cleaning Specialist) will perform an inspection of your air conditioner’s duct work. Our ASCS will then remove each vent of you 
air conditioning system duct work for access. After removing each vent we will wash and degrease the vent/grills, then insert the Rotobrush BrushBeast air duct cleaning machine hose into each duct, traveling approximately 52 feet into the duct system. The Brushbeast in action is a sight to behold. Its four powerful vacuum motors, paired with its 450 RPM 120/220V brush motor will remove both large particles as well as the smallest particulates. The Rotobrush BrushBeast brushes and vacuums simultaneously and removes all the dirt and debris from the side top and bottom of your AC duct system with 90% more power then older Rotobrush air duct cleaning machines. All the potentially harmful contaminants that are removed will be stored in our HEPA containment system. The Rotobrush BrushBeast machine is equipped with dual HEPA filters and exhausts 99.97% clean air back into your home, these particles are so small that you can’t even see them with the human eye. Our duct cleaning technician will inspect your AC duct work and then connect our new duct cleaning machine to the main duct of your AC system. Our STATE OF THE ART HEPA vacuum containment system draws 3500 free air CFM’s and will put your entire duct system under a negative vacuum pressure which will remove both large particles and small particulates. Most of the particles are so small that you can’t even see them with the human eye and can be as small as .03 microns. Then we will block off all of the vent openings except for the one that we are working out of. This will create a more powerful negative air vacuum pressure throughout the entire duct system so when the Rotobrush BrushBeast duct cleaning hose is inserted into the vent opening it will brush and vacuum. This will simultaneously knock off all the dirt and debris from the side top and bottom of your duct system and all of the dirt will then be quickly vacuumed back in to our HEPA containment system.
