Additionally, condensing units can be matched with Trane custom air handlers.

Trane Odyssey units offer a 8-12% increase in energy efficiency, are safer for the environment, include expanded ReliaTel™ system controls  and are full rated capacity delivered at designed conditions. Trane Odyssey offers R-22 dry charge units for a low-cost replacement solution.

Flexible applications
Trane offers single, dual and manifolded compressor options, each with their own benefits. Single compressor outdoor units feature a single refrigeration circuitry, lowering job installation costs by requiring only one set of refrigerant lines.
Equally important, Odyssey offers single refrigerant circuit/capacity unloading models.
The unloading units feature dual manifolded scroll compressors with two stages of capacity modulation and a single refrigeration circuit.
Dual compressor/dual circuit models give true stand-by protection – if one compressor fails, the second will automatically start-up. Also,
the first compressor can be serviced without shutting down the unit since the refrigerant circuits are independent.
Dual compressor models also save on energy costs. During light load conditions, only one compressor will operate to save energy. On select Odyssey Split Systems are compact, flexible and easy on the budget.
