*If you are not an existing maintenance contract customer and have a clogged drain line then you must pay for the initial drain line unclogging and then at the time of the unclogging visit you will be eligible to sign up for any of our monthly maintenance programs. If you are already on either our gold or platinum maintenance program then your drain line cleaning will be no charge.
