We connect the most powerful state-of-the-art negative air duct cleaning machine to the main duct in the system, our machine is the newest, most powerful, HEPA vacuum containment system available.

Once this negative air machine is hooked up to your main air duct, It draws 3500 free air CFM’s and will put your entire duct system under a high velocity negative vacuum pressure.

This air duct cleaning machine is equivalent to having approximately two, 5 ton air conditioning units hooked up to your air conditioning system duct work, except our air duct cleaning machine will be in the vacuum mode.

Dust and potentially harmful contaminants that are removed will be stored in our HEPA containment system which is equipped with dual HEPA filters and exhaust 99.97% clean air, particles so small that you cannot see them with the human eye. They can be particles as small as .03 microns. The basic Gold Air Duct Cleaning Service includes a basic evaporator coil cleaning.

We will also inspect your entire air handler for any visible dust, dirt, microbial growth, pet hair as well as other contaminates that may be harmful to your air conditioning system or affect the efficiency and performance of your air conditioning system.

If your system is heavily contaminated we can thoroughly clean inside your air handler liner, fan blower motor and drain pan as a separate service.

Once the system is under 3500 free air CFM of negative vacuum the Rotobrush “BrushBeast” will be then be inserted into each individual air vent opening, it will brush and vacuum simultaneously, dislodging the dirt and debris from the side, top and bottom walls of your duct system.

Sanitizing Disinfectant Treatment for Air Ducts and HVAC Systems:

We perform this service using a sanitizing disinfectant called Sporicidin. It has been used in hospitals, medical, and dental offices for infection control for over 30 years. In addition, Sporicidin is used extensively for cleaning and restoration applications for mold remediation. Sporicidin disinfectant is EPA registered and FDA cleared. It is OSHA compliant. Sporicidin effectively cleans and deodorizes air ducts, leaving a fresh, hospital clean fragrance.

Sporicidin Disinfectant will not only kill fungi, bacteria and viruses that may be lurking in air ducts and vents, it will prevent re-growth of odor causing bacteria on treated surfaces for up to six months. Sporicidin is effective against the most common disease and odor-causing organisms, including Aspergillus niger (black mold), Stachybotrys, Escherichia coli (E.coli), MRSA, HIV-1 (AIDS virus), Influenza A2, and many others.
